Change of Policy: Remake Lead Times

Dear Customer

In order for Glass Systems Group to continue to offer the upmost in terms of quality and service, I would like to bring your attention to the following policy change with immediate effect.

From today, all replacement sealed units ordered on ‘Day 1’ will be delivered on ‘Day 3’, for eg. a replacement sealed unit ordered on a Monday, would be delivered on a Wednesday (or your next delivery date after the 48 hour period has passed).

This will assist our Production Department in ordering, manufacturing and quality checking any replacement sealed units through our processes, as opposed to rushing through the replacement sealed unit which no doubt be under greater scrutiny than the original sealed unit by your end customer.

On behalf of Glass Systems Group, I appreciate your understanding in regards to the above policy change, and hope that you understand the reasons why we have made the above changes to the way in which we operate.
